Atrenne is currently seeking a Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Sr. VP of New Business Development, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for researching, analyzing, designing, implementing and managing the strategic marketing plan, inbound and outbound marketing communications, and the critical day-to-day tactical marketing initiatives for the company.

The Marketing Manager will create branding and marketing communication programs, as well as marketing literature and marketing collateral that build and maintain customer awareness and preference.  They will deploy a marketing e-strategy that maximizes the use and effectiveness of web utilizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO), discussion groups, social media, intranet and other electronic resources.

We’re searching for a Marketing professional that can provide high level support to upper management with regular and ad hoc financial and continuous improvement analysis and reporting for management to monitor profitability and performance of existing products, as well as on methods to optimize price through market and pricing strategies, determining the ROI of all marketing campaigns, and new product development performance.  This involves regular interaction with all levels of the business as well as customers and industry experts.   

In addition, this role will support development of the strategic plan through analysis and generation of presentation material.

Sales support duties will include, working across all businesses to create and maintain sales and new business development metrics and reports and creating and reporting on field sales and rep commission/bonus performance to plan.

Education and Experience
This role requires a BS Degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance plus a minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience in a technical product manufacturing organization.

Experience in the electronic products, aerospace, military and/or telecomm industry would be an advantage
This person needs strong strategic, analytical and creative thinking skills.  Must be hands on, energetic and action-oriented.  Requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, financial reports, general business periodicals, governmental regulations and legal documents along with the ability to prepare reports, promotional literature and business correspondence.
Candidates must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products with an advanced level in Excel and Power Point. Contact Resource Management (CRM) system experience (SalesForce) is a plus.

You must possess excellent organizational, communication skills both oral and written, strong presentations and time management skills along with the ability to handle confidential company information.
