Based in Brockton, Mass., Atrenne Computing Solutions, LLC, a Celestica company, is an innovative leader in system architecture for computing platforms. The company has more than 50 years of experience designing and manufacturing solutions for the military, industrial and telecom industries.

Atrenne is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Clerk to join our team!

This role provides administrative support to the organization and serves as the first point of contact with visitors to the company.

The position requires the ability to multi-task, show initiative, use good judgment in problem-solving, and assume responsibility and achieve results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Answers multi-line telephone in a clear and concise manner, responding to customer inquiries, routing calls to the appropriate locations.

  • Ensure a welcoming reception for employees and visitors, which may include customers, vendors, service technicians and job candidates, taking responsibility to ensure constant visibility at reception.
  • Verify visitor’s photo IDs, supply them with ID badge and work with their Point-of-Contact to ensure that all security & safety procedures are followed.
  • Assist staff with meeting logistics, conference room use, ordering of meeting lunches.
  • Provide administrative/clerical support, including data entry for departments, in particular human resources and quality assurance departments. Assist finance and purchasing in the set-up of new vendors/customers in ERP system.
  • Assist human resources with communication of notices around the facility: posting bulletin board announcements, distributing memos. Assist in planning events.
  • Notify employees when daily postal mail arrives for them.
  • Make travel arrangements for sales and executive personnel using external travel agency as needed.
  • Maintain Main Conference Room supplies and keep organized.

Education/Skills Required:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with 5+ years related experience and/or training; prefer post high school training in office administration. Knowledge of MS Office products: Word, PowerPoint and Outlook along with good working knowledge of Excel. ERP, Internet and Project Management or other database software knowledge preferred.

 Excellent attendance record is essential.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information processed.

Ability to speak effectively before customers, vendors, employees of organization. Other skills required:

 This is an on-site only position, 32 hours per week: Monday- Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

ITAR Requirements

To conform to U.S. Government commercial space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 8 U.S.C.
