Jan Mathiesen, Chief Executive Officer - Atrenne Integrated Solutions
Jan Mathiesen became CEO of Atrenne Integrated Solutions in June 2014. He has a broad background in general management, operations, engineering, sales and marketing, and strategic planning across a diverse range of high technology markets. Prior to joining Atrenne, Mr. Mathiesen was Vice President of Business Development and Strategy for UTC Aerospace Systems, Sensors and Integrated Systems. In this position he focused on developing and deploying the SIS Strategic Plan, ensuring that growth objectives were met, and competitive positions were strengthened. Prior to this role, Mr. Mathiesen was Vice President of the Commercial Transport and Regional/Business Aircraft Business Units in Goodrich Sensor Systems. Prior to this position, Mr. Mathiesen served as Vice President of Operations for the Sensor Systems business, and held numerous business development roles, from Marketing Engineer to Product Marketing Manager. Before joining Goodrich, Mr. Mathiesen was Vice President with I-TECH Corp., and SCSI Test Equipment. Prior to this role he held Engineering positions with General Dynamics and Republic Airlines.
Mr. Mathiesen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota’s Institute of Technology and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
Roger Morrison, CFO - Atrenne Integrated Solutions
Roger Morrison joined Atrenne Integrated Solutions as Chief Financial Officer in March 2017. He has a broad background in finance, administration and operations in various private equity and publically owned manufacturing companies. Prior to this position, Mr. Morrison served as a Consulting CFO with several companies implementing acquisitions, building financial staff, completing buy/sell due diligence and implementing financial reporting systems. Prior to that position, he was the CFO of Star Packaging Corporation, a private equity owned manufacturing company. In this position, he was responsible for integrating an acquisition, implementing an ERP system, recruiting a financial staff team and all of the sell side due diligence upon the sale of the company. Prior to this position, Mr. Morrison spent eleven years as a Partner at Tatum, LLC- a CFO consulting practice. During this time, he served as the CFO of numerous companies in various degrees of transition.
Mr. Morrison earned a Bachelor’s Degree from The Ohio State University, and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Xavier University. He is also a licensed CPA (inactive).
Chris Boutilier, President - Atrenne Computing Solutions
Chris Boutilier is the President of Atrenne Computing Solutions, a division of Atrenne Integrated Solutions. Mr. Boutilier began his career with the Company in 1989 as an engineer and has held various positions in manufacturing engineering, sales and operations. He led the effort to open the company's Nevada facility, and grew the organization to 40% of total sales. In 2005, Mr. Boutilier returned to the East Coast as Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to President in April 2006. Mr. Boutilier brings a wealth of experience in meeting the requirements of customers in the industrial, medical, military, and telecommunications markets. Mr. Boutilier earned an Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bristol Community College and Level I, II and II Certificates in Leadership from Virginia Darden Business School.
James Tierney, Vice President of New Business Development - Defense & Aerospace
Jim Tierney is the Vice President of New Business Development for Atrenne Integrated Solutions, leading the team that services the defense and aerospace markets. Mr. Tierney joined the Company in July 2006, bringing over 20 years of experience in the electronic packaging industry. Prior to joining Atrenne, Mr. Tierney was president of Miltron Systems, Inc., which specialized in the design and manufacture of rugged embedded enclosure systems for the military market. He developed the sales channel and marketing efforts to position the Miltron brand as a premier solutions-based product for top tier subcontractors for the military. Jim had previously spent 17 years with Atrenne in both engineering and marketing management roles prior to joining Miltron Systems. Jim earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College.
Mark Medeiros, Vice President of New Business Development - Global Commercial Business
Mark Medeiros is the Vice President of New Business Development for Atrenne Integrated Solutions, leading the team that services the global commercial business division. Mr. Medeiros joined the Company in March 2015, bringing over 20 years of experience in sales and engineering in the electronics industry. Prior to joining Atrenne, Mr. Medeiros was Director of Sales for Ferrotec’s Thermal Solutions Business Unit, which specialized in thermal solutions using thermal electric modules serving a wide variety of markets including medical, industrial and telecommunications. Prior to that Mr. Medeiros was the North American Business Manager and Global Account Manager for Avvid Thermalloy, a leader in the design and manufacturing of thermal solutions supporting the global market place. He has held positions in applications and sales engineering through his career and started his professional career as a mechanical engineer with Atrenne. Mr. Medeiros earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Rhode Island and a Master’s Degree in Business from New England College.
Chris Milano, President - AbelConn Electronics Division
Chris Milano became the President of AbelConn Electronics in January 2016. Mr. Milano is an electronics industry veteran with over 30 years’ experience in military, aerospace and high-end commercial markets. Prior to joining Atrenne, he spent the majority of his career in various senior positions at Amphenol and TTM/Tyco. These positions included General Manager for Amphenol’s Military Backplane Division, Director of Sales for Amphenol’s Backplane and Printed Circuit Board Divisions. He spent almost 20 years at Tyco, progressing from Engineering Supervisor to Manager of Engineering and Quality to General Manager of the Printed Circuit business. Mr. Milano is a results-driven senior executive with a successful track record managing operations with complete P&L responsibility, directing sales and marketing and improving customer relationships and has a passion for supporting customers both operationally and technically.
Donna Sauter, Vice President Human Resources - Atrenne Integrated Solutions
Donna Sauter is the Vice President of Human Resources for Atrenne Integrated Solutions. Mrs. Sauter has been in progressive Human Resource positions for over 25 years and with the AbelConn Electronics division since its inception in 1997. She has been in the Human Resource role through a number of M&A activities. She has experience working in all aspects of Human Resources and with business size from small single business of 100 employees up to her current role leading Human Resources teams for multiple divisions with up to 500 employees. She leads the HR team across the organization providing leadership, as well as support in developing and delivering effective strategies in the following areas: Employment Law, Employee Relations, Staffing, Organizational Development & Design, Performance Management, Staff Development, Training, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity & Inclusion, Safety & Health, and Policies & Procedures. She has a passion for Human Resources and working with employees at all levels of the organization.
